The Wholesome Lactation Mission

Becoming a new parent is an exciting time, but there may be challenges along the way. My mission is to assist the transition into parenting their new child by establishing one of the most powerful ways of bonding through the breast/chestfeeding relationship.

Your personal goals will be respected to foster your confidence to trust your innate ability to be a good parent.

Breastfeeding is one of the most beautiful things we as mothers can do for our children. When I fed my son, we both would struggle to get him to latch on. Marcelle was able to show me how and when to get him to nurse. Eventually with her help it became pain-free and less of a struggle. Without the proper knowledge that Marcelle passed on to me about breastfeeding, I wouldn’t have known what I know now. I also would like to thank her for her patience and time.

Marcelle Crago was there by my side to not only instruct, but provide hands on assistance in learning how to breastfeed my child. She coached me consistently from his birth until he weaned off my breast after 6 successful months of breastfeeding. I could never have been as successful without her knowledge and skill. She is someone I highly recommend in assisting any type of female with their lactation journey.

Though the benefits of breastfeeding have been known instinctively for a long time, science continues to validate how miraculous it is for both mother and child.  I have had personal and professional success in assisting mothers on starting and/or continuing to breastfeed.   It has been astonishing to see the profound effects breastfeeding has on the mother/infant relationship as well as the long-term health benefits.  I decided to become an IBCLC in 2017 to continue the journey of helping mothers and their children.

I believe all mothers want to do the best job they can for their babies. And I know you have what it takes.
